Ensure compliance with ERISA
Ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Code
Ensure compliance with ACA

The Position: We are seeking an experienced employee benefits and executive compensation attorney to join the Legal Department as Corporate Counsel, Executive Compensation & Corporate Governance. This attorney will serve as a trusted advisor to the company's Human Resources and Executive Management teams on a wide range of matters relating to employee compensation and benefits, executive and director compensation, and ERISA compliance. The role will also provide legal guidance and support on related governance, tax, disclosure and regulatory issues, and will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, and senior leadership. What You'll Do: Executive & Director Compensation / Employee Benefits: Advise on the design, implementation, administration, and governance of employee compensation, health and welfare, and retirement benefit plans, including equity incentive plans, ESPPs, and deferred compensation arrangements.
