What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from an accredited law school, Licensed to practice law in Mexico and in good standing, Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house), Professional English language is a must have
Nice to Have
preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment, knowledge of Mexican corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory international experience is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Provide legal counsel on corporate
and compliance matters
and negotiate commercial agreements
Ensure company operations comply with Mexican federal and state laws
Support corporate governance initiatives
Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters
Conduct legal research
Provide proactive guidance on legal risks
Assist in developing and delivering legal training
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including management, HR, finance, and operations teams
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Process & Methodology
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, handle complex matters
