Position Overview The Corporate Counsel role reports to Catamount’s Counsel and provides legal support across Catamount’s operations, with a primary focus on contract drafting, negotiation, dispute resolution, and day-to-day legal advisory services. The Corporate Counsel will provide support to Counsel’s role as a key partner to executive leadership and regional teams to reduce enterprise risk, manage claims and compliance, standardize legal practices, and provide practical guidance that enables leaders to focus on project acquisition, project execution, and people development. The role emphasizes strong judgment, contract expertise, and the ability to navigate complex construction-related legal matters while building trusted relationships across the organization. Role must be willing and able to obtain Colorado licensure (and potentially others) through reciprocity or examination. At least 8 years of relevant legal exper
