Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, Background in corporate law, Commercial finance, Real estate matters within a law firm or an in-house legal department setting

Provide commercial legal support
Support contract reviews
Assist with lease negotiations
Assist with KYC requests
Assist with legal documents for financing
