Amazon Leo is building a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites designed to deliver low-latency, high-speed broadband access to underserved and unserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support strategic commercial customer agreements, technology transactions, and commercial engagements that help power this global connectivity mission. As Commercial Counsel, you will negotiate and structure complex commercial transactions that support Amazon Leo’s growing portfolio of enterprise customers, channel partners, and mobility-related engagements. You will work closely with business, product, and operations teams on high-impact agreements that shape Amazon Leo’s commercial strategy. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of satellite technology, telecommunications, emerging technology, and sophisticated commercial transactions within one of Amazon’s most ambitious innovation initiatives. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Some domestic and international travel will be required.
