Must Have
CPA required, 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, expertise in U. S. GAAP and SOX 404, Experience in fab-less semiconductor or manufacturing companies, Deep understanding of inventory and cost accounting, Experience leading ERP implementations, knowledge of global tax and compliance
Nice to Have
Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead the global accounting organization
operational accounting
Lead the Company’s annual budgeting process
and long-range financial planning
Develop and maintain financial models
Partner with executive leadership and department heads
and annual close processes
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
Oversee the general ledger
and intercompany accounting
Design and implement the Company’s SOX 404 internal control framework
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
Oversee accounting for fab-less semiconductor manufacturing operations
Manage inventory accounting across the supply chain
Establish standard costing methodologies
Manage inventory reserves
Monitor manufacturing commitments and purchase obligations
Oversee financial accounting for relationships with foundries and outsourced assembly and test partners (OSATs)
Manage accounting for wafer bank and die bank inventory
packaging and testing costs

Lead operational accounting processes including Inventory and Cost Accounting
Partner with operations and supply chain teams
Work with supply chain and operations teams to track production costs and yields
Oversee equity administration operations

Drive automation and process improvements across accounting operations
Ensure financial systems properly support inventory tracking
and manufacturing reporting
Oversee global tax provision
and transfer pricing matters
Coordinate with external tax advisors on federal
and international tax filings
Support legal entity and international tax structuring
