Law degree from a law school or other experience that shows excellence.

Transaction or data privacy experience is a plus., Preferably one or more years of relevant legal experience, but newly licensed Attorneys will also be considered.
What You'll Do.

and related agreements.
Coordinate and collaborate daily with all Clearlink departments
including providing prompt
business-oriented legal and commercial advice directly to internal business clients.
Assist with transactions and real estate matters.
Be a problem solver and resource for the sales and marketing departments
explaining issues and risks
identifying and advising on alternatives
finding solutions to overcoming obstacles
and leading negotiations.
Help implement and refine Clearlink’s contracting process to streamline and optimize the workflow.
Assist with maintaining policies and compliance programs.
Manage corporate registrations and trademark filings.
Assist as needed on other legal matters dictated by business needs.
