What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing or cost accounting exposure, Demonstrated experience building, documenting, and improving accounting processes, understanding of AR, AP, Payroll, inventory, and cost accounting processes, Experience working with ERP systems, Proven ability to develop and lead teams, analytical skills, organizational skills, communication skills
Nice to Have
CPA or CMA preferred, Experience supporting acquisitions or business integrations strongly preferred, Infor LN preferred

This role is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Manufacturing Cost Accounting, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, standardized processes and integrating acquired businesses.
