Corporate Account Manager About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Manager in EMEA to join ClassPass. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships through regular communication. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive client engagement, promote higher employee adoption of ClassPass, and identify upselling opportunities. Your focus will be on client retention and expanding partnerships, ensuring our solutions meet evolving needs while contributing to overall client satisfaction and company growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and goals to ensure long-term partnerships. Regularly engage with clients, prioritising key accounts through quarterly check-ins to reinforce value and identify upselling opportunities. Leverage negotiation and persuasion skills to recommend additional services or features that align with client objectives, driving growth within accounts.
