ensure optimal performance of the Abbott Solution; ensure it remains aligned with evolving customer and laboratory needs; effectively communicate with the appropriate teams; escalate issues when needed; ensure the Abbott solution is correctly utilized; collaborating with customers to maximize testing capacity and performance; ensure customer satisfaction; guarantee best-in-class performance of automation system; customer satisfaction score (NPS); consistently maintaining a high NPS score; achieving service-related key performance indicators

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in pharmacy / biology / biochemistry / health sciences or similar, Excellent knowledge of products and laboratory performance requirements, understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics, Solid solution-oriented approach and relationship-building skills, Excellent communication skills, coaching and training skills, analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data, Effective planning and organizational capabilities, High level of self-discipline and self-motivation, Data‑driven mindset with a solid understanding of laboratory operational KPIs, Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, actionable steps for the customer, autonomy, initiative and problem‑solving abilities, Proficiency in Portuguese and English

Support corelab customers in integration
Support customers in IT solutions
Support customers in workflow design
Support customers in instruments performance
Support customers in assay applications
Assist customer in defining instruments balance
Perform on-site assay investigation
Perform on-site troubleshooting
Perform on-site operator training
Perform on-site coaching
Lead commissioning activities
Lead go-live activities
Implement automation track workflow
Maintain automation track workflow
Partner with customers for solution utilization
Provide on-site coaching
Provide on-site training
Assess analyzers utilization
Assess operational inefficiencies
Maximize testing capacity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure system updates are documented
Ensure configuration changes are documented
Ensure activities comply with Quality System
Coordinate laboratory staff
