As a Core Sailing Schedule Maintenance Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that vessel schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and well-communicated, thereby supporting reliable operations during both peak and off-peak seasons. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the heart of global logistics, working with cross-functional teams to streamline scheduling and maximize efficiency. You will: Maintain and update detailed sailing schedules within Core, coordinating closely with Gateway teams and stakeholders. Ensure accurate publishing and alignment of schedules, and provide timely communication to all relevant parties. Reduce mismatch between auto-sourcing outputs and actual offline schedules through diligent review and maintenance. Support the speedy release of SOs (Shipping Orders) to the correct sailings, especially with high-volume and peak season traffic.
