Position is located in **Sea Tac, WA** or **Seattle, WA.** **** **Position Summary:** Join our team as a **Senior Quality Manager** , where you'll play a pivotal part in managing and developing teams across multiple Quality Management disciplines to ensure our organization consistently meets and exceeds quality standards. You will develop and execute strategic business plans, policies, and procedures that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. By providing education and coaching on the Quality System, you will empower your teams to maintain compliance and deliver superior results. In this exciting role you will lead process improvement initiatives, manage resources effectively, and foster strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams. Your ability to motivate and develop employees and first-level managers will be key to building a high-performing quality organization that supports our business objectives. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Lead and coach the Quality Assurance department across domestic and international warehouse and forward stocking locations, ensuring alignment with AS9100/9120 standards for aerospace components and materials. * Familiarity working in ERP systems; GOLD and SAP * Oversee both parts inspection and quality investigation functions, driving compliance and excellence throughout the quality lifecycle. * Develop and execute strategic business plans, policies, and procedures that support organizational goals. * Ensure consistent site compliance across multiple domestic & international locations, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. * Provide education, traini
