That’s what makes us Roche. ****Job Summary:**** The******Core Lab Implementation Consultant** demonstrates and positions the end-to-end value of the Roche portfolio of solutions (systems) and Roche Consulting services to our customers. This field-based position creates value by focusing on implementing complex automated laboratory solutions to improve the customers' desired future state. This position partners with customers and internal stakeholders (sales, global Roche Consulting teams, RSN, marketing, IT, and other teams) to address customers' unique priorities, challenges, and needs through continuous improvement efforts, including (but not limited to) collecting and reviewing customer feedback, refining methods/tools, performing complex analyses, and recommending solutions. This position utilizes a consultative approach and technical expertise to ensure the customer is prepared and the Roche solution is verified to be implemented and deliver expected results. ****The Opportunity:**** * Verify and validate that the proposed Roche solution still meets or exceeds customers' expected results before Implementation * Provide implementation support to customers and installation teams; collaboratively develop detailed customer installation requirement
