Rather than managing people, you manage the **Value Stream**. You are responsible for the health of the "Team of Teams" ecosystem, ensuring that delivery is predictable, impediments are cleared at the team of teams level, and the ART operates as a synchronized, high-performance unit. **Core Responsibilities: Operational Steering** * **Synchronizing the "Team of Teams":** You drive the rhythm of the ART. You don't just "schedule meetings"; you design the communication architecture (Sync-ups, PO Syncs, Coach Syncs) that allows 50–125+ people to move in the same direction without friction. * **Driving Execution:** You own the operational roadmap for the PI (Program Increment). You track progress against Program Objectives and use data-driven insights (Flow Metrics, Velocity) to identify where the "engine" is stalling. * **Architecting the PI Planning:** You are the lead architect of the ART’s most critical alignment event. You ensure the "Content" (from Product Management) and the "Capacity" (from the Teams) meet in
