Manage hotel phone and operating systems
Handle reservations functions
Communicate between guests and hotel services
Handle guest relations
Follow up on guest reviews
Provide general hotel information
Respond to emergencies
Connect appropriate individuals by phone
Act as voice of hotel departments
Respond with confidence and knowledge
Take note of guest requests
