What You'll Do.
Provide general information and support
Operate the telephone switchboard
Answer all incoming calls promptly
Direct calls to appropriate extensions
Utilize the Golden guest profile system
Manage guest interactions via phone
Address special requests
Resolve complaints with professionalism
Accept and manage wake-up calls
Handle "Do Not Disturb" requests
Handle busy extensions
Handle call transfers
Report and log phone maintenance issues
Report and log operational issues
Handle chat messages accurately
Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies
Respond appropriately to safety situations
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned
