Must Have
1-3 years of professional copywriting experience in-house or at an agency in creative advertising and performance creative, Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field, in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required, Experience working with the nuances and requirements of writing for Online Display, Email, Social and Digital Experiences including video scripts., Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods, Must be skilled in Microsoft Word and Google Docs, Ability to understand an assignment from a Creative Brief and turn thoughtful copy into experiences that fulfil the client's goals., Brand development experience
Nice to Have
basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides and PowerPoint

**Job Description:** ****Must be in EST/CST time zone for team collaboration**** **Copywriter - Performance Creative** We are searching for a **Copywriter, Performance Creative** to join our Performance Creative team, working on one of our latest AOR wins, an insurance client. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, Performance Creative, you will create performance-driven work that supports digital and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. You will be partnered with an Art Director. * You will create conceptual yet performance-driven work, such as **paid social, display, email campaigns, OLV, and landing pages** while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. * You will develop on-brand creative concepts and copy rooted in strategies that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels. * You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals. * You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work. * You understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each. * You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems). * You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships. **Qualifications:** * 1-3 years of professional copywriting experience in-house or at an agency in creative advertising and performance creative * Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required * Experience working with the nuances and requirements of writing for Online Display, Email, Social and Digital Experiences including video scripts. * Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods * Must be skil
