Full Job Description

**The Opportunity** Frontgate is seeking a resourceful, creative and flexible Part-Time Brand Copywriter to help bring our luxury lifestyle brand to life. This on-call position is ideal for a passionate storyteller who thrives in fast-paced, seasonal environments and enjoys collaborating across teams. While hours are limited to 20 per week and may fluctuate based on business needs, you’ll play a key role during major product turnover seasons. When Frontgate’s workload is lighter, you’ll also support our sister brand, Grandin Road, with compelling product copy. **Primary Responsibilities** * Write engaging, benefit-driven product copy for Frontgate’s print and digital channels. * Seamlessly pivot between macro storytelling and micro product detail, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. * Support Grandin Road with product copy during slower Frontgate periods, maintaining each brand’s unique voice. * Organize and manage copy assets, contributing to efficient workflows and cross-departmental collaboration. * Balance speed and quality, delivering creative content by tight deadlines in a dynamic, seasonal environment. **What You Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in retail, lifestyle or agency settings. * Proven ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy for luxury or design-focused products. * Strong attention to detail. * Editing and proofreading skills. * Flexible, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to self-direct and prioritize. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Proficiency with Adobe InDesign on Mac is a plus. **Additional Details** * This is a part-time, on-call position (up to 20 hours/week; hours not guaranteed weekly). * Seasonal workload peaks during major product turnover periods. * Occasional support for Grandin Road as needed.
