What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in copywriting, conversion-focused marketing, or digital marketing, portfolio showcasing landing pages, email campaigns, and conversion-focused copy, Experience writing for B2B and/or B2C audiences, understanding of direct-response copywriting principles, Excellent English communication and writing skills, Ability to adapt tone and messaging across industries and audiences, Familiarity with conversion metrics and campaign optimization
Nice to Have
Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or GoHighLevel, Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns, Understanding of funnel stages (TOFU/MOFUOFU), SEO and search intent optimization experience, Experience with A testing and CRO principles, Familiarity with AI-assisted copywriting workflows and tools, E-commerce or DTC brands, SaaS or B2B marketing, Healthcare, restaurants, gyms, or local service businesses, Lifecycle email marketing and retention campaigns, UGC/VSL script writing

Support SEO-aware landing page and website content creation
Analyze campaign performance and improve messaging based on engagement and conversion data
Assist with A testing initiatives for headlines
