Must Have
1 + years of copywriting experience in a professional setting, writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across channels without losing the brand voice, Genuine understanding of Topstep, our traders, and what we stand for as a brand, Familiarity with trading concepts, futures markets, or prop firm culture, or a demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly and write about them with confidence, Comfortable working under NFA compliance guidelines for regulated brokerage content, or willing to learn and apply them consistently, Detail oriented enough to get a compliance reviewed email right and creative enough to write copy that actually engages traders, Comfortable moving fast, taking feedback, and iterating without losing momentum, collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities without losing consistency

Write trader-facing emails
Contribute to GTM campaigns
Write copy for brokerage side
Work alongside Trader Experience team
Maintain brand voice consistency
Audit and update existing content
