(Branches) Pay Range: The target annual pay range for this position is $93,456 - $106,200. The full annual pay range is $84,960 - $127,440. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Job Overview: This position collaborates with creative, product, marketing, and compliance teams to assess project needs and develop clear and concise messaging that drives results, engagement, and builds external brand awareness. Partners with the Internal Communications teams to drive brand consistency across all company communications. Maintains and delivers on the corporate brand voice in a consistent manner. What You’ll Do: Creates creative, compelling, and consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including print advertising, video, emails, letters, website content, digital advertising, social media, and more.
