Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 10+ years of practical experience in the above fields, Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and communicate in English on a daily basis, Strong knowledge of semiconductor/automotive digital device (MCU or SoC) technology, architecture, and applications, and a track record of successful marketing in this field, Good understanding of the Japanese automotive market (E/E architecture, ADAS, Body) including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements, Ability to formulate and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with Japanese automotive business objectives and drive market share expansion, Ability to work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to translate technical messages into compelling marketing content, Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and effectively address market challenges, Experience in positioning and differentiating automotive MCU products, understanding customer challenges, and proposing unique value propositions, Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable marketing goals and objectives

What You'll Do.

Formulate and execute marketing strategies for automotive MCU products in Japan aligned with business objectives

Define product positioning and compelling messaging for target segments and customers

Take the lead in winning business by collaborating with sales and FAEs

building strong relationships with key customers and partners

Work with engineering

and product teams to ensure effective marketing and product promotion

Provide marketing tools and support to the sales team to achieve sales targets

Conduct market analysis

and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends

Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics

providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
