Full Job Description
AIR Communities owns and operates apartment communities in major markets across the country. Our teams win by combining strong service with strong sales performance, creating an elevated experience for residents while driving results. AIR offers a compensation package built to reward performance: Earn $64,000 to $92,000+ in expected total annual compensation through base pay plus high-volume commission. Base pay is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with additional earnings tied directly to leasing performance. If you are the type of seller who wants a clear floor, real upside, and multiple ways to increase your commission on every lease, this role is built for you. At AIR, commission is not a side note — it is a core part of how top performers build their income. Your earnings can grow through: * Leasing longer terms, including 18-month or longer leases compared with the standard 12-month term * Leasing higher-rent apartment homes, such as larger floorplans, upgraded finishes, or stronger views * Surpassing monthly leasing goals, with multiple accelerator tiers that increase the percentage of total lease value earned per lease Additional perks include: 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community. Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community. Extended Time Off to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended. You will keep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh and recharge during the holiday season!
