What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Level 3 NVQ, extensive care experience, excellent customer service skills, staff management skills, Excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations, skills in conducting care assessment and care planning, influencing skills, ability to build good working relationships, organisation and planning skills, ability to work well and accurately under pressure, Good understanding of systems and processes, Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services, Passion for providing the highest quality of care, Commercially aware, negotiating skills, Ability to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets, responsive, agile, remain calm whilst dealing with multiple priorities, Good working knowledge of IT Systems, experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases, virtual communication platforms, ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate, driving licence, access to a vehicle
Nice to Have
willing to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent
