Ensures that page production meets deadlines and the requirements of good page flow; Help ensure that reports on all platforms are accurate, clear, timely and effective; Monitor pages and work on any of our platforms to ensure that content is accurate, fair and balanced, enhancing the newspaper's credibility in the community; Put readers first

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least a year at a daily news operation, preferably in news, Excellent news judgment, demonstrated ability to edit news, write headlines, assess the scope of stories, Must be assertive, flexible, organized, knowledge of newspaper technology, ability to analyze and coordinate visual presentation, Ability to deal with people with candor, honesty, and respect, Must be available for shift work, May be required to work various hours for coverage outside of normal business hours
Nice to Have
Intense college-newspaper experience will be considered
What You'll Do.

Participate in and make deadline and non-deadline decisions about news judgment
