Must Have

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar customer service or administrative role, Exceptional management, communication, and customer service skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Fluency in both French and English (oral and written communication), Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, Demonstrated teamwork capabilities and commitment to continuous quality improvement

Nice to Have

Experience in commercial real estate operations or property management, Knowledge of building emergency procedures and safety protocols, Familiarity with SharePoint and property management software systems, Understanding of lease administration and tenant relations best practices, Experience with environmental certification processes (LEED, BOMA BEST, etc.)

What You'll Do.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors

Ensure seamless daily operations of commercial properties

Manage tenant receivables

Coordinate conference room activities and building services

Prepare bilingual communications

Invoice tenants for services on a monthly basis

Monitor and maintain compliance with lease clauses

and common area usage regulations

Supervise tenant move-in and move-out processes

Analyze service quality metrics

Resolve tenant complaints

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Liaising with tenants, operations staff, suppliers, and subcontractors; Stakeholder coordination

Communication Scope

Exceptional communication skills; Bilingual communication (French and English)
