The VFX Coordinator position will manage the day-to-day administrative functions for the EVP of Visual Effects, as well as interfacing with a variety of creative clients and high-level executives. Essential Responsibilities: * Supports the EVP, VFX in the daily running of the department, taking notes on all projects in various stages of production, managing various calendars & databases to ensure smooth operations of the studio * Manages any required distribution of digital materials for assigned Universal Pictures films in various phases
