Minimum of 2 years of experience in a VFX coordination role or similar position., Proficiency with the Apple platform, Word, Excel, Filmmaker Pro, Airtable, Superior interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communications, Well organized with strict attention to detail., Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments., Ability to work with and maintain confidential information., Acute attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work., Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., Ability to prioritize multiple requests and projects in fast-paced, deadline driven environment, Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues or concerns
Nice to Have
Understanding of the artistic and technical processes involved in VFX production., problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt quickly to changes., team player that enjoys working independently and as part of a team, Candidate should display a great deal of initiative, interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day administrative functions for EVP of Visual Effects
Interface with creative clients and high-level executives
VFX in daily running of department
Take notes on all projects in various stages of production
Manage calendars & databases for smooth operations
Manage distribution of digital materials for films
Research and organize exploratory opportunities for innovative technology
Provide support for accounting functions
Arrange travel & accommodations for teams
Assist with office duties for SVP of Visual Effects
Assist in research of potential VFX crew hiring
Assist in on-boarding of freelance staff
Schedule meetings with filmmakers and/or studio department heads
