Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Maintain accurate supplier and ingredient master data to support corporate quality and compliance programs Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates, documentation accuracy, and data consistency Support vendor quality and risk management processes across global operations Assist in data governance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure efficient tracking, distribution, and follow-up of daily operational quality activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and simplification of master data workflows Support reporting activities to enable informed decision-making across quality and supply functions Requirements: 3–8 years of experience in vendor quality, master data management, regulatory compliance, or related quality systems roles Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Module or similar enterprise systems Strong understanding of supplier documentation, ingredient data, and quality management processes Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large and complex datasets accurately Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI preferred Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities Experience in process improvement, automation, or data governance initiatives is an advantage Benefits: Competitive compensation aligned with experience and industry standards Hybrid/remote flexibility depending on location and team requirements Opportunity to work in a global organization focused on sustainability and innovation Exposure to international vendor quality and master data governance processes Career development and continuous learning opportunities Inc
