This role serves as the day-to-day operational backbone to the Studio Operations Manager, ensuring data accuracy, asset readiness, and seamless image flow across seasonal and evergreen content. The position requires strong analytical skills, systems proficiency (CreativeForce, DAM, Excel), and the ability to proactively manage high SKU volume in a fast-paced, global environment. This individual is execution-focused, systems-driven, and highly organized — with the ability to identify issues early and partner cross-functionally to protect timelines and reporting integrity. **What You 'll Do:** ## **Vendor Provided Imagery (VPI) Processing** * Manage end-to-end processing of vendor-provided imagery (VPI) across approximately 800 SKUs per season and over 12 global vendors * Standardize varied vendor workflows to ensure consistency in file delivery, formatting, and naming conventions * Validate and correct file naming conventions using Excel formulas, data validation tools, and automation scripts to ensure alignment with internal standards * Coordinate product data and image uploads with the DAM team to ensure seamless ingestion and system alignment * Proactively ident
