Manage IT tasks for net new builds
Manage equipment support
Procure IT store equipment
Assist with store implementation documentation
Coordinate IT steps for store infrastructure movements
Manage IT hardware staging
Manage IT hardware builds
Assist with Retail/Construction projects
Ensure timely communication to management
Arrange disposal of de-commissioned equipment
Provide end-user hardware support
Log and resolve incidents
Support project execution
Act as customer advocate
Identify customer expectations

KEY DELIVERABLES * Customer Satisfaction: Provide outstanding services and support to our customers to ensure a joyful experience every time. Measurement: 100% * Incident tickets: All Cherwell tickets must be acknowledged and resolved within the set SLA.
