What You'll Do.
Coordinates daily operations of Residency or Fellowship Program
Oversight of resident programs
Coordination of resident evaluations
Coordination of resident duty hours
Development/maintenance of academic program calendar
Coordinates residency or fellowship recruitment activities
Screening electronic applications
Determining interview days
Inviting selected applicants
Asking attending physicians to interview applicants
Compiling applicant transcripts
Organizing debriefs to rank applicants
Submitting applicants to National Resident Matching Program
Provides administrative support for the program
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards
Maintains informational and accreditation databases
Coordinates & monitors budgetary information
maintains and distributes conference & rotation schedules
Performs other duties as assigned or required
