Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE The Coordinator, Programming Editorial is responsible for driving content promotion and curation across Peloton platforms, maintaining a cohesive visual system, and highlighting new content for Peloton members. Working with the larger Programming Editorial team, the Coordinator will play a key role in tracking the creative timelines and deliverables for all content promotion assets. This includes organizing detailed project briefs, liaising with designers, collecting feedback from key stakeholders, and ensuring all assets are delivered on time. The Coordinator will also manage the organization of completed assets, and partner with the Senior Coordinator to launch promotions and curated content on the platform. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, possess a strong design sensibility, and be able to work independently across multiple projects. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Programming. It’s a hybrid role and requires office presence from Tuesday to Thursday at New York Headquarters. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Partner closely with the larger programming team to review project briefs and translate them into an organized system, keeping in mind shifting deadlines and priorities Manage contracted copywriters and designers by conducting weekly briefing meetings for on-platform asset creation, ensuring they have necessary resources, and providing constructive feedback Provide final-phase quality assurance for all on-platform assets prior to launch Cultivate stakeholder trust through clear, proactive project updates that actively manage expectations and ensure timeliness Assist with launching curated content on all Peloton content platforms, and review the live presence to ensure accuracy and an optimal member experience Identify opportunities to showcase our content to members in high-visibility initiatives that match their needs with our diverse library of class content Ability to manage competin
