Must Have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field, 2–4 years of experience in marketing, coordination, project management, or commercial operations, organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams, Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, experience supporting agencies, vendors, events, or content approval workflows, Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other project management, CRM, or digital asset tools, interest in supporting launch readiness and marketing execution, Mission-aligned and motivated by Compass Pathways’ values and commitment to improving mental health
What You'll Do.
Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brand
and field support channels
and approvals for materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Help manage day-to-day marketing operations
including meeting coordination
and budget administration
Assist with the development
and distribution of marketing materials to ensure accuracy
and compliance with internal review processes
Support event planning and execution for internal meetings
Track campaign performance
summarize key metrics
and help prepare reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
Maintain marketing calendars
and version control to support efficient execution and team alignment
Support launch readiness activities and contribute to process improvements that strengthen organization and execution quality

We focus on developing novel treatments that have the potential to improve the lives of those who are suffering with mental health conditions and who are not helped by current treatments. We are pioneering a new paradigm for treating mental health conditions focused on rapid and durable responses through the development of our investigational COMP360 synthetic psilocybin treatment, potentially a first in class treatment. COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area. We are currently in phase 3 for TRD, have completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa and are planning a further late-stage study in PTSD.
