What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact for student inquiries
Deliver program presentations to prospective students
Manage and coordinate email communications
Coordinate visa certification process
Arrange housing accommodations for students
Oversee course registration and degree audit
Plan and coordinate new student orientations
Facilitate virtual and on-campus cohort events
Serve as primary lead for MPH-EPI Symposium
Support admissions operations
Oversee administration of online certificate programs
Serve as staff liaison on MPH-EPI Practicum Committee
Collaborate on course form submission process
Manage recruitment and onboarding of teaching fellows
Oversee program's social media presence
Develop and implement marketing campaigns
develop and distribute content
Maintain program websites
Coordinate surveys to collect feedback
Manage and negotiate contracts with external vendors
Plan and execute program events
Assemble budget plans and manage logistics
Provide front desk support
