Serve as primary expert for HR systems
Ensure HR systems are up to date
Ensure HR reports are up to date
Ensure org charts are up to date
Keep business in compliance
Keep HR team in compliance
Support compliance with legislation
Support compliance with internal policies
Support compliance with HR best practices
Facilitate onboarding for new hires
Ensure employment documentation completed
Ensure system entries completed
Create positive new hire experience
Partner with Talent Acquisition
Coordinate recruitment activities
Facilitate candidate visits
Prepare interview materials
Ensure seamless candidate experience
Act as point of contact for candidates
Communicate with candidates
Step into project driver role
Communicate with employees
