About the Role We're looking for a Franchise Coordinator for 6 months to will support the effective administration of the franchise team and managing finance-related administrative tasks. * Provide administrative support to the franchise team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records. * Coordinate franchise onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication between franchisees and the corporate office. * Coordinate all Franchise materials and organization in the Franchise Portal * Coordinate the processing of all vendor invoices and tracking payment issues/delays * Assist in managing financial administration, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and tracking expenses. * Maintain and organize confidential financial and franchise documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. * Character Mascot Management (SSC & TT) Lead contact for Mascot Management Companies * Coordinate the shipping and cleaning of all Mascots around the world * Support internal audits, help prepare financial statements, and assist with regulatory compliance requirements. * Respond to franchisee inquiries regarding administrative and financial matters, p
