Experience in sales, membership and F&B, Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language, Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia, Must have the right to work in Malaysia
What You'll Do.
Assist Project Manager in Lifestyle membership
Handle restaurant reservation
Answer calls and make reservations
Help in operations if required
Deliver information timely and correctly
Improve renewal rate of membership cards
Follow up on reservation and payment
Provide information and ideas to Project Manager
Provide necessary assistance to other departments
Sell groups and queries for outlets
Take care of Festive Desk

Team & Collaboration
Maintain a good relationship with the other department; Provide all necessary assistance when required
Communication Scope
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language; Speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
