WongDoody is a growing human experience company, powered by Infosys. As we continue to grow, the demands on the Business Development team are growing, too. We are seeking aCoordinator to join the team and support a variety of new business opportunities. In this role, the Coordinator would gain exposure to clients across different industries, and help craft, solution, and present new business pitches across a range of projects, from strategy to design, for both employees and consumers. WHAT YOU'LL DO Creating capabilities and pitch presentations, with a mix of pre-existing content and bespoke pitch content created by members of the team – including content the coordinator themselves will create Supporting written proposal submissions, including pulling together existing content, writing content themselves, and editing what others have written -- ranging from a light touch, to catching typos, to more significant massaging of content that’s come from various different people into a coherent narrative and voice – helping to articulate the pitch storyline Coordinating contributions and feedback on proposals, consolidating changes for review, and refining the narrative. This includes keeping track of deadlines, sending meeting notesand following up with contributors as needed. Supporting the team as they define the structure, scope, duration, and staffing of projects (you don’t have to be a scoping pro, but it’s great for you to get exposure and support the team as they define our solution) Execute standardized knowledge management workflow, ensuring commonly used proposal/presentation materials are organized, current, and meeting a common standard Conduct market research to help pitch teams better understand potential clients, their business and areas of opportunity, and how our pitch will contribute to driving wider value Redesigning presentations to have a consistent look-and-feel, leveraging existing templates and styles Supporting the BD Team in various housekeeping
