1 - Atender y negociar tiempos de entrega para los nuevos pedidos de SAC. / _Attend and negotiate delivery times for new SAC orders._ 2.- Coordinar el correcto registro en SAP de entradas de materiales provenientes de proveedores y de traspasos entre almacenes. / _Coordinate the correct record at SAP for incoming materials from Providers and transfers between warehouses._ 3.- Validación en SAP de salida de materiales para ruta (contabilización) o traspasos entre almacenes (actividad diaria). / _Validitaion att SAP the routes materials outbound (contabilization) or transfers between warehouses (daily activity)._ 4.- Asegurar que en SAP se registren los movimientos en forma correcta y oportuna / _Asure the activities are recorded proper and correctly at SAP._ 5.- Seguimiento puntual y detallado del despacho de todos los pedidos programados, asegurando la elaboración documental correcta (facturas, remisiones o cualquier otro documento requerido por el cliente). / _Following the detailed and prompt dispatch of all the orders scheduled, ensuring the correct documentation processing (invoices, remittances, or any other document requested by the customer)._ 6.- Desarrollar y coordinar proyectos especiales, asignando responsables y actividades con tiempos de ejecución determinados. / _Develop and coordinate special projects, allocating activities and responsibilities with certain runtimes._ 7.- Atender auditorías internas y externas presentando evidencia de ejecución correcta de cumplimento de procedimientos, para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normatividad. / _Attend internal and external audits providing procedures fulfillment correct performance evidences, to assure normativity accomplishment._ 8.- Liderar y coordinar las actividades de las NRCs y/o CAPAs a través del seguimiento de las mismas para garantizar el cumplimiento y conclusión de las mismas. / _Leading and coordinate the NRCs and CAPAs activities through their following, to guarantee fulfillment and closing
