Leads and facilitates continuous improvement throughout manufacturing worksites to the highest level of effectiveness per the latest standards of WCM Assists locations in focusing on reducing manufacturing and burden costs. Assesses and eliminates waste and non-value-added activities. Strong demonstrated expertise and leadership in standardized work, 5S, Visual; Factory, Lean / world class manufacturing WITH the ability to enthusiastically capture employee engagement. Contributor of various disciplines who works as a change agent for operational excellence. Responsible to manage risk, set direction and lead the way to breakthrough improvement.
