Performs the required processes of cleaning, documenting, and testing of Cooler parts, subassemblies, and finished goods. Utilizes production tooling, computers, and specialized equipment required for production and material/WIP tracking. Identifies and documents discrepant material. Interacts with Coworkers, Managers, and Engineering. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:** * Precision mechanical assembly and adhesive application following work instructions * Perform measurements and tests from test procedures and document results * Data entry for travelers and WIP tracking * Assist Engineering in developmental processes, as necessary * Several cleaning operations * Miscellaneous support functions, as necessary **Job Qualifications:** * Must be able to communicate orally, read, and write using the English language * Ability to work using hands and have good manual dexterity with attention to detail * Basic computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word * Must be able to visually inspect small parts * Must be able to use small hand tools like tweezers, hex keys, and probes/picks * Must be able to use a microscope * Must be able to use hands to move and assemble very small parts and fastening devices * Must be able to sit for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., unassisted **Desired Skills:** * 5+ years related
