What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in culinary arts, minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), The ability to work independently while taking pride in exceptional quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness standards, Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, A collaborative leadership style supported by clear and effective communication skills, Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
