**Job Description** ** _Responsibilities_** * Responsible for preparation of all restaurant foods, meeting specifications and guaranteeing appropriate attention to detail is demonstrated. * Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation. * Maintain solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards & basic culinary techniques. * Display ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. * Keep station clean and organized * Manage workload as it relates to you and the schedule. * Communicate clearly with chefs on product concerns and outages. * Display ability to read and execute core recipes * Follows company policies and procedures. **_Minimum Qualifications_** * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. * Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits. * Acquire and maintain a Tennessee food handler permit within 14 days of on-boarding. * Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays. * Ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions **Work Environment:** * Works outdoors/indoors * Works in warm/cold climates * Works in high places * Works on wet surfaces * Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals * Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic * Must be able to move up to 55 lbs.
