Position Summary The Cook is responsible for the preparation, cooking, portioning, and service of meals in accordance with approved menus, therapeutic diets, food safety standards, and resident preferences. The Cook plays a key role in providing a positive dining experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation and Service * Prepare and cook meals, soups, sauces, desserts, and other menu items according to standardized recipes. * Ensure meals are prepared and served according to established meal schedules. * Follow approved menus, production sheets, and therapeutic diet requirements. * Monitor food quality, appearance, taste, and temperature throughout production and service. * Ensure proper portion control to support nutritional standards and cost management. * Assist with special events, theme meals
