What You'll Do.
Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
Participate in pre and post shift cleaning
Organize kitchen equipment
Organize walk in fridge/freezer storage
Follow daily preparation list
Assist with storage of food deliveries
Report problems with food product
Report problems with kitchen equipment
Report problems with work area
Work a food station during service
Ensure Manager is aware of guest comments
Ensure Manager is aware of guest concerns
Safely operate kitchen equipment
Train others on kitchen equipment operation
Ensure accurate portion sizes
Ensure presentation of dishes
Prepare food in a timely manner
Serve food in a timely manner
Work closely with kitchen team members
Ensure smooth operation during food service
Ensure effective communication during food service
