What You'll Do.
Maintain clean work environment
Participate in pre/post shift cleaning
Organize kitchen equipment
Organize walk-in fridge/freezer
Follow daily preparation list
Assist with storage of food deliveries
Report problems with food product
Report problems with kitchen equipment
Report problems with work area
Work food station during service
Interact directly with guests
Ensure manager is aware of guest comments
Ensure manager is aware of guest concerns
Operate kitchen equipment safely
Train others on equipment operation
Ensure accurate portion sizes
Ensure presentation of dishes
Work closely with kitchen team
Ensure smooth operation
Ensure effective communication during service
