What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, Food Handlers Certificate or equivalent food safety certification, Minimum 2+ years of related food preparation or cooking experience in a professional kitchen setting, knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods, Proficiency with standard kitchen equipment and tools, Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes independently and accurately, Basic computer skills for kitchen management systems, Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, attention to detail with a focus on food quality and consistency, Professional communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, Physical capability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours), lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
