Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: * Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. * Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. * Prepare and cook fresh offerings for our hot and cold bar, grill station, and service cases, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency. * Package, stock, rotate, and merchandise display counters and shelves, maintaining high product standards and accurate signage. * Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing. * Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and proper equipment use. * Complete designated opening and closing procedures and provide support to fellow Team Members as needed. * Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis. ## Qualifications What you bring to the table.
