What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of six (6) months of professional cooking experience in a food service environment, Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods throughout assigned shifts, Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds regularly, Physical capability to perform essential functions including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist, Commitment to obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by position and regulatory standards

Nice to Have

Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification, Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices

What You'll Do.

Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently according to standardized recipes and plating specifications

Monitor food production throughout service to ensure consistent quality and adherence to established standards

Coordinate order timing and execution to facilitate timely pick-up and service

and sanitary work station and storage areas at all times

Manage station inventory and stock levels to maintain established pars and minimize waste

Implement proper food rotation

and portion control procedures to optimize inventory management

Consistently apply and adhere to all established safety and sanitation protocols
